Garmin GPS
I read all the reviews I could before I bought my Garmin 255W GPS.The GPS was received new and in good condition.It easily started and I have had no problems so far.

Bad ETA estimates.
I’ve noticed the arrival time estimates are extremely agressive to the point that on a 65mph Interstate I need to set the cruise control to 75mph – 78mph to actually arrive on…

Great product!
We had a Garmin Nuvi that was stolen from my husband’s truck. (Can’t really blame them–it was a great product.

Purchase doesn’t include UBS cable
Please be aware: purchase of this Garmin 255W unit does NOT include the USB 010-10723-01 cable to connect the unit to your computer, and unlike almost any other consumer product…

Nice unit, with 2009 updated program already installed.
Hearing in left ear impaired. Wish it would transmit to FM car radio, that would help me at freeway speeds.Do some Garmin GPS units do this?

Does everything I need from a PND

Works very well!
First time user of such a devise – I thought these things were over rated. Now use it all the time, and question my self why we did not buy it sooner.

Great so far
We used this on a 2000 mile trip where we visited several cities that we weren’t too familiar with. The GPS performed well.
